Ken Peeples
Program Director, Ken has been with Outward Bound for 30+ years. He just recently celebrated his 10-year anniversary here at the Scottsmoor Base.

Michele Trew
Intake Coordinator / Medical Screener, Michele has been with Outward Bound for 7+ years. Though her job title is Intake, she is always more than willing to lend a hand to the other positions here. She has finally after the last year in a half completed the requirements to be a Course Director.

Joseph Mercier
Education Coordinator, Joe has been with the Outward Bound program for 7+ years. He began by being a participant on the Adolescent Practicum then worked his way up from Intern to Lead Instructor. Joe has filled many roles at OUTWARD BOUND but none as fulfilling as the new role he's played for the last 18 months when his son, Zackary was born, and now another baby boy will be arriving this fall.

Scott Spivey
Logistic Coordinator Scott has been with Outward Bound for 6 years. He has responsibility for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the fleet and facilities here at Scottsmoor. He also is our Food Service Manager. Scott has a Bachelors Degree in Public Service Administration.

B. Lynn Bean
Course Director, Lynn has worked for Outward Bound for 5+ years starting as a Base Site Manager for our Florida and South Carolina bases. Then in 06' became a wilderness instructor, and is now Course Director for Scottsmoor.
