Programs

Since 1975, Outward Bound has offered unique programs to youth, families, schools, professional organizations and communities who are at-risk for delinquency, violence, crime, and substance abuse.

We strive to inspire at-risk and committed delinquent youth to remain crime free and stay in school to reach their full potential in education, community, career and life, through attaining academic achievement, character development and social responsibility.

We also strive to provide at-risk and committed delinquent populations positive alternatives and services necessary to enhance pro-social and life skills, enrich family relationships, improve academic participation and decrease delinquent behavior.
