Seasonal Field Positions

Field and basecamp staff are the heart of our programs. They teach, guide, mentor, and lead students across Maine, Costa Rica, and Panama, blending technical skill with compassion. These positions are ideal for outdoor educators, guides, and instructors who want to make a real impact.

Costa Rica Lead Instructor

Accountable for the safety, quality, and educational impact of each course at our Costa Rica basecamp. Lead Instructors supervise, teach, facilitate student experiences, and mentor other staff.
